Role Overview

A coordination-focused role responsible for managing complex change activities on deployed network solutions (e.g., new services, relocations, modifications, and terminations) for business customers. The primary objective is to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery to prevent rework and revenue loss.

Responsibilities

Change Management & Accuracy

• Manage end-to-end service orders, ensuring customer requirements are confirmed upfront (get it right the first time).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing contracts, service orders, and technical specifications.

Compliance

• Ensure all service orders comply with IPND (Integrated Public Number Database) regulatory requirements.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the central point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
