As the key contact between our customers and the dealership, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service experiences, smooth repair processes, and the promotion of the Toyota brand.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers at their vehicles
Handle workshop enquiries and service bookings
Write repair orders and follow Kodawari procedures
Keep customers updated on vehicle progress
Organise courtesy vehicles
Estimate costs and timeframes for agreed work
Gain authorisation for additional work
