Service Design Lead: User Research & Transformation

Confidential Company is seeking a service design consultant to support significant service and product transformations in Singapore. You will lead qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and design activities to drive user-centered decision-making across large-scale programmes.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience in service design, UX research, and proven skills in stakeholder facilitation and communication. Experience with design tools like Miro and Figma is a plus.
