Are you a skilled Service Designer passionate about human-centred design and digital transformation?  
We’re hiring multiple Service Designers  to join innovative, cross-functional teams working on transformative digital projects that improve public services. 
Location:  Primarily Remote (Canada-based) with occasional meetings in Edmonton, AB 
Contract:  Up to 24 months, full-time, flexible hours based on project needs 
Schedule:  Flexible, aligned with project demands 
What You’ll Do Apply human-centred design and agile methodologies to program reviews and digital transformation projects 
Conduct user and behavioral field research, co-design workshops, and usability testing 
Create service journey maps, blueprints, prototypes, and user stories
