Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Designer to lead complex service design work across Pricing and Inbound Roaming within our client's EV charging ecosystem.

This role focuses on creating clarity across end‑to‑end services, spanning digital platforms, operational processes, commercial models, and partner integration's. You will work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to document current services, design future models, and support key strategic decisions.
