Service Designer

Responsibilities

· Conduct
user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors

• Design
  end -to -end experience journeys that meet customer needs and business goals
  
• Write
  user stories and acceptance criteria to inform product development
  
• Design
  and plan user testing to validate design decisions
  
• Collaborate
  with cross -functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and
  technical requirements
  
• Develop
  and maintain design documentation and design systems
  
• Enable
  and coach teams on the practice of service design
