Act as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance
Provide basic IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Help users with common issues such as login problems, software access, and device setup
Record and track support requests accurately in the system
Follow troubleshooting guides and standard procedures (training provided)
