Job Description
Become the frontline support for School Districts as a Service Desk Analyst. You'll analyze technical issues, resolve incidents, and maintain customer satisfaction while managing tickets during your shifts.
This role requires 3-4 years of service desk experience and 1+ year in Level 2 support within an MPLS network. You will communicate with clients effectively, troubleshoot problems, and maintain operational Service Level Agreements. Working with Agile teams, you'll document resolutions using tools like HEAT and contribute to Knowledge Base Articles.
Key Responsibilities:
