Job Description

Blend LATAM seeks a Technical Support Agent to register incidents and provide first-level support. You will manage service requests using ticketing systems and monitor services to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is a final-year student or a professional in IT-related fields with at least 1 year of experience in technical support. Knowledge of ITIL principles and ticketing tools is essential. This position allows remote work one day a week.
