This is a key role in supporting PPG employees around the world through our 24x7x365 Service Desk. This role is ideal for ambitious, career‑driven individuals looking to grow within IT and develop the foundational skills needed for future leadership opportunities. As part of our global support team, you will assist users with IT services by applying ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused solutions.
