Service Desk Analyst

📍Location: City net, Mandaluyong (near MRT Shaw station)

(For the Service Desk position, you will be handling clients from different countries like US, Latin America and EMEA regions.

-For this position, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware or software issues.

-Your key responsibilities are providing basic technical support, assisting with installations and configurations, and troubleshooting common problems.
