****Job Position: Service Desk Analyst (not remote)****Responsibilities**:- Provide solutions to Field Techs with IP Cameras, Cisco Switch, Registers, and their peripherals- Document issues and escalate if needed to Project Manager- Follow up with tech with issues until issue is resolved- Operating communication systems, such as telephone, intercom, switchboard, and computer software- Relaying and routing verbal and written messages to coworkers and supervisors**Qualifications & Skills**:- Advanced spoken and written English (80%)- CCTV experie...
