Russian-Speaking Service Desk Analyst (Onsite)

LOCATION and SETUP:

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Summary

We are seeking a Russian-Speaking Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to end users. The role is fully onsite at Eton Centris and requires fluency in both Russian and English, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.

The position is open to both local and foreign candidates with a valid Philippine working visa.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in Russian and English
  • Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLA targets
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
