  • Provide 1st line telephone and technical support across a wide range of technologies.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring regular client updates.
  • Collaborate with 2nd Line and Escalation Engineers to meet SLAs.
  • Maintain and update client knowledge base documentation.
  • Support colleagues across the engineering team and manage vendor tickets.
  • Work as part of a shift rota covering contracted client hours (Monday to Friday).
