Job Description
We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Service Desk Engineer to join our growing Managed Services Team in Cape Town. This role offers great growth potential, with opportunities to learn and advance in the support field. You'll be engaging with international clients, so strong communication skills are essential.
As the first point of contact, you'll provide remote support and escalate issues to the senior team, ensuring a professional, positive experience and effective resolution of technical issues raised through the client's help desk.
