The Role
We’re hiring a Microsoft 365 specialist to provide overnight first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT stability for clients. This role is key to maintaining high client satisfaction through prompt, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Support Microsoft 365 and related tech
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking issues
Resolve incidents within SLA
Maintain IT systems and documentation
