EIL Global is looking for an experienced L1 Service Desk professional to join our team for a full-time onsite project in Manila, Philippines.
Location: Taguig, Metro Manila (Work from Office)
Type: Independent Contractor
Experience: 3–4 years
Language: Fluent in Mandarin / Korean / Japanese (speaking, reading, writing — any one language) + Good English
Role Responsibilities:
Provide IT Infrastructure support including troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac OS, Active Directory, Messaging, and User Profile Administration.
Application installation/uninstallation, Outlook & MS Office troubleshooting.
Support end-users with laptops, desktops, MFDs, mobiles, and tablets. Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy.
Handle PC setup, configuration, and break-fix activities
