Service Desk

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Support professional to provide IT support, handle incidents, and assist users through phone, email, and on-site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, and configure desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals
• Provide on-site and remote hardware & software troubleshooting
• Handle incoming IT issues via phone, email, and walk-in support
• Basic troubleshooting of printers, LAN, and WiFi connectivity
• Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents using ticketing systems
• Perform NT password resets and basic account support
• Identify incident criticality and assist in security incident isolation
• Support mini call center operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course (or equivalent experience)
