Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Support professional to provide IT support, handle incidents, and assist users through phone, email, and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, and configure desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals
- Provide on-site and remote hardware & software troubleshooting
- Handle incoming IT issues via phone, email, and walk-in support
- Basic troubleshooting of printers, LAN, and WiFi connectivity
- Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents using ticketing systems
- Perform NT password resets and basic account support
- Identify incident criticality and assist in security incident isolation
- Support mini call center operations
Qualifications
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge in Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking
