Can start ASAP
at least 1 year relevant experience
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Experience with Service Desk and Help Desk Support
Strong background in Information Technology systems and tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are an advantage
