Qualifications

• Can start ASAP
• at least 1 year relevant experience
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Service Desk and Help Desk Support
• Strong background in Information Technology systems and tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are an advantage
