Service Desk Technician

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our dynamic team in Mexico City (Arcos Bosques). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365) environments, and general IT troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users on-site, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mac computers and related peripherals.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
