About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Training Manager to lead and develop training programs for our Service Desk accounts. You will manage end-to-end training initiatives, including onboarding new hires and handling large-scale ramp-ups across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate has a strong BPO training background, excellent communication skills, and experience mentoring teams.
