Service Engineer

Overview

Responsible for setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintaining and providing application support on Equipment at customers’ site. Provide technical support & after sales service to customers. Support sales team on technical know-how, demo, proposal and etc. Provide on-site training to customers, 24/7 on call to support customers issue on site. Actively involved in the new equipment hardware and setup on new machine purchases by customer. Drive analysis at equipment, hardware and preventive maintenance and repair data.

Requirements

• Min 1 year Service Experience in Electronics Industries
• With Process & Application knowledge will be added advantage
• Related knowledge & experience in SMT Electronic Industries for SMT Equipment, Reflow, Wave Soldering, Selective etc.
• Possesses strong communication skill, organization, technical expertise
