Service Engineer - BMS/EPMS/OT

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to provide Tier I & II technical support for mission-critical Data Center Operations Systems. This role focuses on BMS (Building Management Systems) , EPMS, and OT devices, ensuring 24/7 operational reliability. You will triage incidents, troubleshoot alarms, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I & II support for BMS, EPMS, and OT systems in 24/7 data center environments.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve alarms; escalate complex issues to Tier III as needed.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, IT Systems, and Networking teams for cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Document incidents and maintenance activities accurately and in real-time.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and ensure SLA/OLA compliance.
