Service Engineer

Role

1. To support Sales in all service-related topics and activities, including but not limited to product repairs & its

documentation, service data collection, product failure analysis & trouble shooting

1. To act as a contact point towards the customer

Responsibilities

On-site

1. Uninstall and install Mechanical Seals and other EB products at customer site

2. Witness & documentation during commissioning (start-up)

3. Explain basic technical matters (such as repairs, failure reasons) to the customer

4. Propose product upgrades & conversions in cooperation with Sales & TSS

In-house

1. Disassemble, assemble, and clean Mechanical Seals & other EB products and its components

2. Observation, inspection and assessment of disassembled products and its components, incl. dimension taking

and photographic documentation
