Service Engineer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Carry out on-site survey and vacuum audit.

+ Focus on customer support service / troubleshooting on vacuum and compression system.

+ Responsible for implementing client requirements, including technical queries and spare part inquiry

+ Coordinate the activities among functional departments on standardization of procedures and process to ensure servicing run smoothly.

+ Provide general servicing and overhaul of liquid ring pumps / compressors or package related equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with engineers or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem/root causes and determine proper solutions.

+ Provide technical support and on-site commissioning to existing and new clients effectively as and when required.
