Service Engineer

Overview

• Responsible for setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintaining and providing application support on equipment at customers’ site.
• Provide technical support and after sales service to customers.
• Support sales team on technical know-how, demos, proposals, and related activities.
• Provide on-site training to customers and be on-call 24/7 to support customers’ issues on site.
• Actively involved in the new equipment hardware and setup on new machine purchases by customers.
• Drive analysis at equipment, hardware and preventive maintenance and repair data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 1 year service experience in electronics industries.
• With process and application knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Related knowledge and experience in SMT electronic industries for SMT equipment, reflow, wave soldering, selective etc.
