Service Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for setup, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintaining and providing application support on Equipment at customers' site
• Provide technical support & after sales service to customers
• Support sales team on technical know-how, demo, proposal and etc.
• Provide on-site training to customers, 24/7 on call to support customers issue on site.
• Actively involved in the new equipment hardware and setup on new machine purchases by customer.
• Drive analysis at equipment, hardware and preventive maintenance and repair data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 1 year Service Experience in Electronics Industries
• With Process & Application knowledge will be added advantage
• Related knowledge & experience in SMT Electronic Industries for SMT Equipment, Reflow, Wave Soldering, Selective etc.
