Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and rectification on compressed air systems at various commercial and industrial establishments.
• Conduct site and classroom training to customers on compressed air systems.
• Recommend necessary actions to improve the efficiency and reliability of customers’ compressed air systems.
• General service report writing for internal and external customers.
• Document and prepare field service quality reports. If there are quality problems, provide feedback on specific product defects to the production department and assist customers in taking corrective measures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in service, installation, site commissioning
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is preferred
• Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
