Service Engineer

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Investigate and handle all customers' complaints and product failures.
• Providing after-sales technical support and site service responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
• Review and assist in processing warranty claims from distributors
• Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project
2. Provides after sales technical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers in a timely manner to ensure that the product is operational.
3. Handles wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) to provide support to departments in terms of service and training
