Service Engineer

Overview

The Service Engineer delivers timely, high-quality support to customers, ensuring a seamless service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role includes installation, commissioning, user training, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of ZwickRoell products. Working independently, the engineer applies strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions, maximize system performance, and build long-term customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commission, preventive maintenance of ZwickRoell machines.
• Perform onsite verification and calibration services in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
• Diagnose & repair faults in consultation with technical support team and advise customers on corrective actions including necessary spares and consumables for smooth machine operation.
