Service Engineer

• Permanent position, Salary up to $4,500 with AWS + Bonus
• Location at Ubi

Responsibilities:

• Deliver post-sale maintenance and technical support for integrated AV and VC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, remote/onsite diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues within SLA
• Provide post-installation support, documentation, and service reports
• Support system handover, end-user training, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in AV, Electronics, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in AV system operations, engineering, installation, and/or maintenance.
