About the role

Join Twin Hydraulics Engineering Sdn Bhd as a Service Engineer based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and servicing for our sales team and client. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of maintenance and repair services.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on customer machinery
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and care of their hydraulic systems
• Maintain detailed records of service work and report on performance metrics
• Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards
