POSITION: SERVICE ENGINEER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should establish a relationship with the client and address the concerns of the clients in a way that is professional and positive.

Must be accommodating, well-spoken and ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry.

Install and configure industrial printers/machines at client sites.

Provide technical support to customers.

Must have experience in servicing industrial machines or printers.
