Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our Telecom Delivery / Implementation team, focused on OSS provisioning and service activation . The role involves implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting OSS solutions for fixed and mobile networks, ensuring successful end-to-end service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure OSS provisioning and service activation flows
• Execute end-to-end, integration, and acceptance tests (ATP/UAT)
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues across multiple OSS and network systems
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (FDD, integration designs, test evidence)
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
