Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our Telecom Delivery / Implementation team, focused on OSS provisioning and service activation . The role involves implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting OSS solutions for fixed and mobile networks, ensuring successful end-to-end service delivery. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure OSS provisioning and service activation flows Execute end-to-end, integration, and acceptance tests (ATP/UAT) Troubleshoot provisioning issues across multiple OSS and network systems Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization Produce and maintain technical documentation (FDD, integration designs, test evidence) Collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams Mandatory Requirements 3 years of experience in Telecom Service Engineering / Delivery / Implementation Strong knowledge of OSS architecture , provisioning, and service order management Understanding of telecom domains (Fixed and/or Mobile networks) ...
