Service Engineer

Function: Product Demos, User Training, Sales Support, Service Support

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand clinical principles and product usage
• Understand and explain product benefits to clinicians and nurses
• Answer customers' questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.
• Conduct device demos on patients; Collect usage data.
• Train nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Support the sales team to get feedback from doctors/stakeholder.
• Service support such as troubleshooting
• Installing and calibrating biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
• Evaluating the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
• Maintaining and repairing biomedical machines and equipment, when needed.
• Providing technical support, when needed.
