JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:SERVICE ENGINEER

REPORTING
TO: UK & EMEA SERVICE MANAGER

ROLE:

The Service Engineer (SE) will be part of a team which, as a group,
will perform the duties to maintain and repair security systems installed at the
premises of our client’s role requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy. Flexibility
is essential in adapting to future changes within the company and fluctuations
within the workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties will be based upon all or part of the following:

·The Service Engineer (SE) will be allocated work by
either the Service Administrator (SA) or Service Manager (SM)

·Carry out reactive fault-finding and rectification on
CCTV, IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Door Entry Systems, Server
Hardware/Software and Workstation Hardware/Software
