Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform field quality customer service by responding to customer priorities, rearranging schedules, and coordinating coverage
• Communicate effectively with customers, service managers, service technicians, and accredited service networks to provide efficient troubleshooting solutions
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor service requests schedules with technicians and accredited service centers regarding warranty cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair of installed units
• Aid the service technicians in resolving technical problems via phone, email, or on-site visitations, serving both as a help desk and a field engineer
• Evaluate service requests, diagnose defective units, manage the ordering of repair parts accordingly, and find a resolution to challenging issues
• Establish a professional relationship with all clients and stakeholders and maintain the company's reputation by complying with local and community
