Service Engineer

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Engineering Graduate: preferably Electrical or Mechanical
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing schedule
• Ability to diagnose machine issues
• Ability to work well with others

Job Description

• Use of various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer's concern
• Communicating with clients, engineers, sales and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventive maintenance measures
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
• Conduct training to ensure that customers will know the safe and effective equipment use
