Job Description

  1. Customer service practices.

  2. Build strong relationships with key customers.

  3. Maintains customer files and office records of all local service activities.
  4. Fulfill the service duties for the customers by handling all service calls while on duty and handling customer transactions in a timely and courteous manner.
  5. Responding to customer complaints/concerns with a sense of urgency to see to their resolution.
  6. Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs and assure that equipment is available as required.

  7. Teach the end-users the appropriate supplies and reagents to be used, equipping them the fundamental concepts critical to any analytic procedures and for routine cleaning requirement and minor troubleshooting of the machines.

  8. Assure the Service practices are in good order and in accordance with safety requirements.
