SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• To assist Service Manager in the overall supervision and quality control of elevator/escalator maintenance works.
• To prepare, manage and coordinate supervisors' & technicians' maintenance schedule.
• To assist in preparing lifts/escalators' defect quote, progress reports and claims.
• To assist in ensuring the works compliance with JKKP requirement.
• To Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters and quality checks.
• To attend meeting with building management committee, sub-contractors, and site co-workers to ensure work completion within target and report to Service Manager.
• To maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
