Service Engineer

Responsible for technical maintenance of Alfa Laval’s medium to high level complexity core components such as fillers, and systems at customer site.

Participate in equipment FAT tests when equipment is ready for delivery to the customer site.

Oversee initial setup, installation, start-up and commissioning of equipment, modules, systems and plants. Ensuring it operates according to contractual and technical requirements.

Perform customer training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Troubleshooting of equipment and identifying parts required for maintenance and replacement.

Preparation of detailed reports for all service activities, including repairs performed, troubleshooting findings, parts required and used, and product test results.

Fine tuning equipment and process related to achieving desired product quality.
