WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Fully responsible to coordinate and resolve technical issues arise on site with customer or dealer.

Carry out Service, maintenance, diagnosis, parts installation, testing and commissioning of the laundry equipment at customer site or dealer site. 

Documentation - service activities accurately and maintain records of repairs and maintenance

Provide accurate information to Back end office to complete the commercial offering to customer in timely manner.
