Key Responsibilities
Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation.
Servicing: Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.
Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns. Collect feedback to help improve the produ...
