Service Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development and introduction of new repair processes for aero-engine components.
• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed work instructions for aero-engine component repairs.
• Design and develop tooling and fixtures to support repair operations.
• Ensure all repair processes comply with OEM technical data and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage qualification of new machines and repair processes.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance robustness, efficiency, and repair yield.
• Prepare and review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
• Provide technical recommendations and dispositions to support Operations.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
