Service Engineer – Solar Project

We are looking for a Service Engineer to support Solar PV and BESS projects , covering execution, commissioning, and post-sales service. The role involves close interaction with clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing service requests throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support execution, commissioning, and post-sales activities for Solar PV and BESS projects. Supervise installation, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance. Perform site audits for solar and BESS plants and prepare technical reports (site audit & commissioning). Manage Service Requests (SR): open, hold/suspend, close, and communicate status to customers. Diagnose equipment and system issues in operation and recommend effective solutions. Communicate professionally with customers, addressing technical inquiries and issues.
