Service Engineering and Demand Management (SEDM) Center’s plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective supply and delivery of devices and SIM cards within our telecommunications operations. SEDM is responsible for anticipating and managing the demand for these physical assets, optimizing their availability and distribution, and continuously refining the supply chain processes. The ultimate purpose is to meet customer needs and operational requirements by acting as a crucial bridge between market demand and physical product availability, thereby ensuring the necessary hardware for service activation is consistently in place.
