Service Engineer(KA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• Over 5 years working experience as Engineer or Techinician for key account, handling IVD products (Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay) with proper clinical or engineering background.
• Better understanding and insight for the overall workflow and pain points of IVD customer like Lab or Hospitals
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software and experience on the internal cross-department synergy

Responsibilities:

• Provide services including project-based installation, troubleshooting, PPM etc. as per customer's request, ensure the SLA fulfillment as the agreement
• take care the overall satisfaction and ultimately responsibility of key account by efficiency synergy with distributor team
