Service Engineers

Reporting to the Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out commissioning and testing third-party security products and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address and other Security & Communication systems;
• Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions
• To complete all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers' specifications.
• Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
• Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
• Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
• Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
• Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover
